By accessing or using our services, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Bulk SMS messaging services
• OTP (One-Time Password) SMS delivery
• Transactional SMS services
• WhatsApp Business API integration
• SMS API and gateway services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Obtain proper consent before sending messages to recipients
• Not use our services for spam, fraud, or malicious activities
• Respect DND (Do Not Disturb) regulations where applicable

You may not use our services to:

• Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
• Transmit harmful, threatening, or illegal content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Distribute malware or malicious links
• Send messages promoting illegal activities
• Violate privacy rights of message recipients

Payment terms are based on your selected service plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You are responsible for:

• Paying all charges incurred on your account
• Providing valid payment information
• Updating payment information as needed
• Applicable taxes and fees

We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment and to charge reasonable fees for account reactivation.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and data security. Our data handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AWF Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations of these Terms or for any reason deemed necessary to protect our services or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately, but provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive.
